St. John's Episcopal Church Little Free Library!!

The Little Free Library is open for business!

Young parishioners of St. John's Episcopal Church contributed books to the new Little Free Library and look forward to borrowing from it.
St. John's Episcopal Church had a blessing and dedication service on Sunday, July 19th for the Little Free Library recently installed to the south side of the church at 6th and Buckeye. The library was built by parishioner Justin Shaw with contributions of money, time, and talents from other members of the church.

Little Free Libraries operate on the principle of sharing - take a book, return a book - it doesn't have to be the same book. The idea is to share books and love of reading. This particular library is a literacy outreach project and will feature primarily children's books. If anyone has gently used or new books they would like to donate they may call the church (263-3592) and arrangements can be made to receive them. At this time the library has adequate supplies of pre-school books but would appreciate additional books for grade school, middle school and high school ages.
