CHRISTMAS IN JULY AT LEARN AND GROW DEPOT
Santa stopped by to visit the children at Learn and Grow Depot in Abilene
on Friday to wrap up a fun-filled week of Christmas in July
activities. The kids enjoyed a pool party while Santa visited, and ate
sugar cookies that they had decorated. The children had participated in
several holiday-themed activities during the week. Some of the
children went caroling at Village Manor earlier in the week. There was a
“giving tree” set up in the lobby at Learn and Grow Depot that was
decorated with “firecracker” ornaments. The week is fun for the kids
and teaches valuable lessons on generosity and the spirit of giving.
