Painting and Pop for Tweens and Teens

The Arts Council of Dickinson County is now accepting enrollment for an afternoon of "Pop Art," which is an afternoon of painting with instruction, pop, and snacks.  This is open to middle school and high schoolers (please ask if you have a younger child who would like to participate). Each participant will go home with a finished, ready-to-display, painting on canvas for all to admire. 

This fun class session will be held on Saturday, March 19th from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, at Cooper Clean, 1214 NW 3rd Street.   In a relaxed, social group setting for tweens and teens, artist Karen Cooper will guide participants through replicating the afternoon's featured painting step by step. 

The class fee is $15.00.  Space in the class is limited to 20 students, so sign up today!   The information can also be viewed on Facebook @ Arts Council of Dickinson County, or by calling the Arts Council office at 785-263-1884.
