Founder of Boulevard Brewing Company Speaks at Abilene Area Chamber of Commerce

The 88th Annual Abilene Area Chamber of Commerce will be held at the Eisenhower Presidential Library on Tuesday, February 16th.  John McDonald, Founder of Boulevard Brewing Company and part owner of the Dickinson County Bank, will provide remarks on entrepreneurism including his own experience starting the brewery in 1988, selling the company and fostering urban renewal in Kansas City and elsewhere.   

Nomination forms for the "Quiet Hero", Volunteer, Distinguished Citizen, Distinguished Business Person and Ag Business of the Year are available.  Table and wine sponsorships are the same as previous years,  $75 and $50, respectively.  Tickets are $40 for members and $50 for non-members.  Social hour begins at 6:00 pm with dinner being served at 7:00 pm.
