24-HOUR THEATRE PROJECT

24-HOUR THEATRE PROJECT

From 7 PM on October 15th to 7 PM on October 16th, the youth of Great Plains Theatre will be participating in the theatrical phenomenon known around the country as the "24-Hour Theatre Project". This lock-in for teens ages 11-18 is an immersive experience where they will write, cast, direct, produce and perform their own collaborative works of theatre while different curve ball challenges are thrown at them throughout the process. Registration is free. The final performance at 7 PM on October 16 is open to the public (Tickets are $5). Contact GPT Director of Education: Mark Robinson for more details about The 24-Hour Theatre Project.

The project and the final performance will be held at The First United Methodist Church in Abilene.
