Fit and Fun Summer at Impact Sports and Fitness
Kids
love to go to summer camp and they’ll be anxious to attend the new Fit
and Fun Camp offered by Impact Sports and Fitness this summer. This
camp is for ages 5 through 12. Groups will meet for 45 minutes every
Wednesday for four weeks.
Two
camp sessions are being offered. The first session will be held each
Wednesday from June 1 through 22 and the second session will be held
from July 6 through 27.
Kids
will be grouped by age in the appropriate fitness level. Two fitness
levels will be offered. Fitness Level 1 (age 5-8) will focus on having
fun, learning the basics of fitness, and sportsmanship. Level 1 groups
will meet from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. each Wednesday. Fitness Level 2 (age
9-12) is geared to higher energy activities such as kickboxing and
cross fit workouts. Level 2 groups will meet on Wednesdays from 11:00
to 11:45 a.m.
Each
group will be led by a certified personal trainer and group
instructor. A fitness nutrition specialist will also teach the
participants about fitness nutrition.
